HELP: Issues with Call Recording

If call recording is set up but recordings aren't appearing, or recording is inconsistent, work through this guide from top to bottom. Most recording problems come down to a small number of causes.

 

Before you start

Call recording is Android only. If you are on iPhone, recording is not supported — this is an Apple platform restriction with no workaround. See Known Limitations for more detail.

Also confirm that call recording is included in your Salestrail subscription. Go to Dashboard > Subscription to check. If it is not included, contact support@liid.com.
