The recording appears in the app but not in the dashboard

This is usually a sync issue caused by a poor internet connection at the time of the call. Recordings are synced to the dashboard when a stable connection is available.

Check that your phone has a working internet connection and wait a few minutes. If the recording still does not appear, check whether the call itself is visible in the Calls section of the dashboard — if the call is there but the recording is not, contact support@liid.com with the date, time, and number of the call.
