Recordings appear in the dashboard but not in my CRM

Recording links are pushed to your CRM as part of the call activity. If the call is logged in your CRM but the recording link is missing, check that recording was enabled at the time of the call and that the call was logged successfully — a red dot in the Integration Log means the call itself did not sync.

Contact support@liid.com if you see the Call Recording in the dashboard and the Call in your CRM, but you are missing the Call recording URL in your CRM
