My recordings stopped working after an update
System updates sometimes reset app permissions, battery settings, or accessibility settings. After any major Android update, check the following for both the Salestrail app and the Recorder APK:
- Battery optimization — still set to Unrestricted?
- Accessibility — still enabled for the Recorder APK?
- Permissions — still fully granted for the main app?
- Recording settings in the Salestrail app — still configured correctly?
Make a test call after checking each one.
