The Recorder APK shows "Accessibility Service Disabled

Some Android devices reset accessibility permissions after a restart or system update. This is a known Android behaviour on certain manufacturers.

To fix it, re-enable accessibility:

  1. Open the Salestrail Recorder APK
  2. Tap Accessibility Settings
  3. Find Salestrail Recorder and toggle it back on

If this keeps happening after every restart, check the Devices Battery Settings section for your device — there is often an additional auto-start or protected apps setting that prevents the system from resetting permissions. Also make sure that you have turned off the setting called "Manage app is unused"
