There is no Audio on my Call Recordings
If you can see the recording, but there is no audio, on the recording file please check the article below
Step 1: Try a different recording source
The recording source controls how the Salestrail Recorder APK captures audio. Different sources work better on different devices, and switching can resolve both silent recordings and one-sided audio.
Open the Salestrail Recorder APK and change the recording source. Try each option and make a short test call after each one:
- Voice Recognition — the default, works best on most devices
- Voice Communication — try this if Voice Recognition produces no audio or one-sided audio
- Microphone — try this if both above options fail
If one of these produces audio, keep it set to that source.
Step 2: Check battery optimization
If the Recorder APK is being closed by Android mid-call, the recording file may be created but contain no audio because the app stopped capturing before the call ended.
Go to Phone Settings > Apps > Salestrail Recorder > Battery and confirm it is set to Unrestricted. Also check that Remove Permissions if App is Unused is turned off.
