I Need Calls Logged to a Deal or Opportunity

By default, Salestrail logs calls to contacts, leads, and accounts. Logging to deals or opportunities is not part of the default setup but can be configured as a customisation.

How to request this

Contact support@liid.com with the following information:

1. Which object should the call be logged to? For example: Opportunity in Salesforce, Deal in HubSpot, or a custom object name.

2. How should the call be linked? Should it link to the deal associated with the contact? The most recently active deal? A specific deal stage? The more specific you can be, the better.

3. Should it also log to the contact or lead? Let us know whether you want calls logged to the deal only, or to both the deal and the contact.

Once we have this information, we will configure the logic for your account.
