Why does it say "In another organization" or "Wrong Organization"?
This happens when a user signs up without using the invite link or with an email adress that is not added in your organization's Salestrail account— they automatically create their own organization instead of joining yours, and their calls won't appear in your team dashboard.
How to check which organisation you are in
Click the profile icon in the top corner of the dashboard. Your organisation name and ID are shown there. Compare this with the details your admin has shared with you.
To fix it:
1. The user should log into the Call Analytics dashboard.
2. Go to User Management and click on their own name.
3. Delete themselves from the organization they accidentally created.
4. They will be automatically logged out
5. They Log in again — they'll see the invitation to your correct organization.
6. Complete the sign-in process to join your team.
To prevent this in future: always share your organization's invite link before anyone downloads the app OR add the email address that they will be using in the Salestrail dashboard.
