What does "Unknown" or "Signup Failed" mean?
If you see "Unknown" or "Signup Failed" next to a user's name in User Management, their sign-up process did not complete successfully.
How to fix it
Ask the user to sign up again. They should do this from the desktop version of the Call Analytics Dashboard — not from the mobile app:
- Go to callanalytics.salestrail.io/signup on a desktop browser
- Use the exact same email address they were originally invited with
- Complete the sign-up process
Once they have completed sign-up on the dashboard, they can then log in to the mobile app using the same email address.
If the issue keeps happening
Contact support@liid.com with the email address of the affected user.
