How to Set Up Call Recording on Your Device

The call recording feature is only available on Android devices.

Call Recording for SIM/ GSM calls and WhatsApp calls is prohibited by Apple's security guidelines

India, Indonesia or Russia (some part of Africa):

If your device in India, Indonesia, or Russia includes a native call recording feature, you may be able to use it as the recording source for Salestrail. For setup instructions, refer to this article: BuiltInRecorder.

Custom Dialers

POCO (MIUI dialer)
Tecno (HiOS dialer)

The steps above will not work for Google dialers
