Why is a contact name shown instead of a phone number for WhatsApp calls in Salestrail?

This happens because of how WhatsApp provides call data.

If the phone number is saved in the device’s contacts, WhatsApp may pass the contact name instead of the raw phone number. Salestrail logs exactly what is received, so the name appears in the phone number field.

If the number is not saved, the phone number will be shown instead. This is expected behaviour and not an error.
