Why are incoming calls not being logged?
On Android both Incoming and Outgoing Calls can be tracked automatically. On iOS Salestrail can only track Outgoing Calls made from within the App.
Android
Incoming calls should log automatically. If they aren't, check battery optimization settings and make sure Salestrail has all required permissions to tun in the background of your phone. To resolve the issue, please click here:.
iPhone (iOS):
Incoming calls cannot be logged automatically — this is an Apple platform restriction. To log an incoming call manually: open Salestrail > Tracked Calls > Click the + Button in the Upper Right corner> fill in the call details > Add. It will appear in your dashboard immediately.
