Salestrail is a mobile call tracking solution for sales teams. It automatically logs and analyzes calls made from your phone — SIM/GSM, WhatsApp and Whatsapp Business calls — and syncs that data to your CRM.
How it works
Salestrail has three components that work together:
- Mobile app — tracks call activity from your device
- Call recording app (Android only) — records calls on devices that don't support native recording, and enables WhatsApp call recording
- Dashboard — provides a centralized view of all call data, analytics, and team activity

- Automatic call tracking — SIM/GSM calls on Android are tracked automatically from the native dialer. On iPhone, calls must be made from within the Salestrail app to be tracked.

What Salestrail is not
Salestrail is not a VoIP solution or cloud telephony. You keep your regular mobile number and network — Salestrail tracks, logs, and analyzes your calls without routing them through the internet.
