What can I see and do in the Call Analytics Dashboard?
The Call Analytics Dashboard is the central hub for viewing and managing call performance data.
Overview section shows:
• Total, inbound, outbound, and unique calls
• Average call duration
• Call activity breakdown by hour
• Outbound call connection rate
• User rankings by call activity
• CSV export of all data
Other dashboard sections:
• Calls — all tracked calls from all devices
• Recordings — all recorded calls (click to listen or download)
• User Management — add/remove users, check app and permission status
• Team Management — group users and assign team admins
• Integration — connect CRMs and view the Integration Log
• Subscription — manage licenses and billing
Custom views: click "+ Add view", give it a name, then add the charts, tables, or leaderboards you want. You can share views with colleagues.
Exporting data: click Export as CSV from the Overview. To open it correctly in Excel: select Column A > Data > Text to Columns > Finish.
