I Need to Log Calls Even When There Is No Matching Contact
By default, if Salestrail cannot find a matching record in your CRM, the call stays in the Salestrail dashboard only and is not pushed to the CRM. This behaviour can be changed.
Option 1: Automatically create a new record for unmatched calls
Salestrail can be configured to automatically create a new lead or contact in your CRM for every call where no match is found. The call is then logged against the newly created record.
Option 2: Only track calls where a match already exists
If you want Salestrail to ignore calls to numbers that are not in your CRM entirely — so they do not appear in your dashboard or use up any processing — this can also be configured.

Contact support@liid.com once you have an active paid subscription. Let us know which option you need and which CRM you are using. If you want new records to be created automatically, also let us know what type of record should be created and which fields should be populated.
