Will my personal calls be logged?

There are several ways to manage which calls Salestrail will track and which calls will be ignored. 

By default, Salestrail logs all calls made from your phone,  as it captures activity directly from the device. That said, there are several ways to manage this when using the same phone for both work and personal use:

Set work days and hours: Define your working schedule in the app (Settings), so only calls within those times are tracked.

Untrack specific numbers or calls: You can manually exclude individual calls or numbers, and even prevent future calls from those numbers from being logged.

Dual SIM support: If your device supports dual SIM, you can select which SIM card should be tracked.

Note: Each SIM card has a SIM account that consists of numbers and letters. Unfortunately, we cannot bring the phone number of the SIM cards to the app, however, there are the Last call details that can help you identify the SIM. To be sure, please choose each SIM respectively and make a few test calls.

Track CRM contacts only: Tracking can be limited to calls associated with your HubSpot contacts (this can be configured on our side so please contact support@liid.com for help).
