How to not track my personal calls?

Select which calls to track and which not to track.

If you are using one mobile phone for both personal and work, and you don't want your personal calls to be tracked, there are 2 options:

Option 1: Select what SIM card to track (if your device supports dual-SIM)

Option 2: Set up the Work Days and Hours to fit your actual working schedule.

  • Go to Salestrail app > Settings

  • Start time and End time should be set to your working schedule

This ensures that the Salestrail app only works during the set window.

Option 3: Untrack certain phone calls/phone numbers.

You can choose to completely untrack a phone number or just a single call with that number, depending on the scenario. Here are the simple steps on how to do it:

 

Step 1: Go to the Salestrail application, tap on the call/the phone number you want to untrack > Untrack.

 

 

Step 2: Choose No if you want to untrack this specific call only, choose Yes if you want to untrack all calls with this number onwards.

 

 

Note: All untracked calls will show up in the Untracked tab in the application and you can revert the action whenever needed.
