Can I log past or historical calls?
Salestrail logs calls going forward from when it is installed and active. It does not automatically import your phone's past call history.
However, if a call was made but failed to log to your CRM (e.g. the contact didn't exist at the time), you can retroactively push it:
1. Add the contact's number to your CRM.
2. Go to Dashboard > Integrations > Integration Log.
3. Filter by 'Failed' status — find the call.
4. Click Replay to push it to your CRM.
For individual missed calls, you can also manually add a call log entry from the Salestrail app.
