Why is there no call data on my Salestrail Dashboard?
Are you as an Owner/Team admin seeing 0 data on the dashboard? Maybe you suspect that the data isn't 100% accurate? Let's check a few things to make sure everything is in place, shall we?
Check 1: Has your trial expired or do you have insufficient licenses?
This is the most common cause of a completely empty dashboard. If your trial has ended or you have more users than licenses purchased, call data will not be visible.
Look for a notification at the top of the dashboard screen. If one appears, go to Dashboard > Subscription to purchase licenses or renew your plan.
Check 2: Have you selected the right users and date range?
The dashboard has filters for both date range and users. If these are set incorrectly, the dashboard will appear empty even if data exists.
Check the filters at the top of the Overview page and make sure:
- The date range covers the period you expect to see calls for
- The correct users or teams are selected in the user filter
Check 3: Has anyone installed the app and made calls?
The dashboard will be empty if no tracked calls have been made yet. Go to User Management and check whether your team members have installed the app — a red dot in the App Installed column means the app is not set up on that user's device.
Check 4: Are team members in the right organisation?
If your team members signed up independently instead of using your invite link, they are in their own separate organisations. Their calls are not visible on your dashboard.
Go to User Management and check whether any users show as "In another organisation." See A User Is Showing as "In Another Organisation" for how to fix this.
Check 5: Are team members' calls being tracked?
Even if the app is installed, calls may not be tracked if permissions or battery settings are not configured correctly. Go to User Management and check the Permissions column — a red dot indicates an issue on that user's device.
