I Can't Access the Subscription Section
If you can see the Subscription section but cannot make changes, or you cannot see it at all, this is almost always a permissions issue.
Why you might not have access
Once a subscription has been purchased, only the person who made the purchase can access the Subscription section and make changes. This applies regardless of role — even Owners cannot access Subscription if they were not the one who made the initial purchase.
How to fix it
The person who originally purchased the subscription needs to make any changes. If that person has left the company or is unavailable, contact support@liid.com and we will transfer subscription management to a different user.
If nobody in your team can access the Subscription section
Contact support@liid.com with your organisation name and the email address of the user who should have access. We will update this for your account.
