How to Track WhatsApp Voice Calls?

Step By Step Setup for WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business Calls.

Salestrail Call Tracking on Dashboard has the ability to track WhatsApp voice calls like it does normal SIM calls.

Note: if you are in the middle of a WhatsApp call and make another VOIP call (Skype, Google Meet, etc), the data might be compromised.

Here's all you need to do to start using this amazingly convenient feature:

1. Turn on WhatsApp call tracking in Salestrail's settings.

 

2. Allow notification access for Salestrail.

 

3. Make sure you have Notifications ON for WhatsApp.

 

 

That's it! Once you've had these things completed, you are all set. All WhatsApp calls will be shown in Salestrail app and grouped by phone number.
