To enable Salestrail to track your WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business Calls Follow the below steps:
1. Open the Salestrail app > Settings > enable WhatsApp call tracking.
2. Allow notification access for Salestrail when prompted.
If your WhatsApp Calls are not appearing in the Salestrail app, check that you have Notifications ON for WhatsApp.
That's it! Once you've had these things completed, you are all set. All WhatsApp calls will be shown in Salestrail app and grouped by phone number.
Note: if you are in the middle of a WhatsApp call and make another VOIP call (Skype, Google Meet, etc), the data might be compromised.
