Can I log calls made from outside the Salestrail app?
On Android you can log calls made from the native dialer. On iOS you need to make calls from the Salestrail dialer.
Android: yes — calls made from your regular phone dialer and WhatsApp are logged automatically, as long as Salestrail is running in the background and set up correctly. However, initiating calls from within the Salestrail app can help keep the app active and prevent your OS from closing the app.
IPhone (iOS): no — only calls made directly from within the Salestrail app are tracked automatically. Calls made from the native dialer, contacts app, or recent calls are not logged. Incoming calls also cannot be tracked automatically on iOS. This is due to Apple's strict security restrictions and they don't allow any apps to track native calls.
