Setting Up the Salestrail Call Recorder
Open Salestrail App → Grant all requested permissions.
Tap Enable Accessibility Service → press the pink button → tap Download.
If Salestrail Recorder is grayed out, go back → tap Battery Setting.
In App Info:
Tap three dots → Allow restricted permission.
Go to Battery usage → Allow background activity (may appear as Unrestricted or Unoptimized).
Disable “Manage app if unused.”
Return to Accessibility Settings → enable Salestrail Recorder (don’t enable shortcut).
To record WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business calls, tap the pink button for Notification Access, search Salestrail Recorder, and enable it.
Return to app → setup complete for SIM and WhatsApp calls.
