Why can't I delete a user, and how do I manage users?
If you’re having trouble deleting a user, it’s usually due to one of two reasons:
1. The User is the original Account Owner/creator.
The original Owner cannot be removed as long as other users remain in the organization. To delete this account, ownership must first be transferred. Please contact us at support@liid.com and specify which team member should be designated as the new Owner.
2. Insufficient Permissions
Only users with the Owner role have the authority to delete others from the dashboard. If your current role is Admin/manager or User, you will not be able to perform this action.
