Who needs to register, and how do I create or join an organization?

Everyone whose calls are being tracked, or who needs access to other users' call data, must register for the Call Analytics dashboard.

Sign up at callanalytics.salestrail.io/signup using your company email address.
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox.
Enter your company name and details.
Connect your CRM (optional) or skip this step for now.
Invite team members via email or by sharing your organization's registration link.

Via email invitation: Click the Join button in the invitation email. Be sure to use the exact email address that received the invitation.
Via registration link: Click the registration link and create your account.

Activate your CRM integration if required.
Download the Salestrail app:
- Android: Search for "Salestrail - Call log & analysis" on Google Play.
- iPhone: Search for "Salestrail: Track your calls" on the App Store.
Sign in using the same email address you used for the dashboard.
Grant all permissions requested during the setup process.
Disable battery optimization for Salestrail:
- Settings → Apps → Salestrail → Battery → Unrestricted
