Who needs to sign up, and how do I create or join an organization?

Anyone whose calls are tracked, or who needs to monitor other people's calls, must sign up on the Call Analytics Dashboard.

Creating your organization (first person from your team):
1. Sign up at callanalytics.salestrail.io/signup with your company email
2. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox
3. Enter your company name and details
4. Optionally connect your CRM, or skip for now
5. Invite team members via email or your organization's signup link

Joining as an invited user:
• Via email invite: click the Join button in the email — use the exact email address you were invited with
• Via signup link: click the link and create your account

Once on the dashboard:
1. Activate your CRM integration if applicable
2. Download the Salestrail app — search "Salestrail - Call log & analysis" on Google Play (Android) or "Salestrail: Track your calls" on the App Store (iOS)
3. Log in using the same email address you used on the dashboard
4. Grant all permissions requested during onboarding
5. Disable battery optimization for Salestrail (Settings > Apps > Salestrail > Battery > No restrictions)

Minimum requirements: Android 8+ for call tracking, Android 9+ for call recording.
