I Can't See the Integrations Section
If the Integrations section is not visible in your dashboard sidebar, this is almost always a role or subscription issue.
Check 1: Is CRM integration included in your subscription?
CRM integration is an add-on feature. If it is not included in your plan, the Integrations section may not be available. Go to Dashboard > Subscription to check what is included. If you need to add CRM integration, contact support@liid.com.
Check 2: Do you have the right role?
Connecting and managing integrations is restricted to Owners. If you are a Manager or User, you can view the Integration Log but may not be able to connect or modify integrations. Ask your Owner to set up the integration.
If CRM integration is included but the section is still not visible
Contact support@liid.com with your account email address and organisation name.
