How to import call recordings to LeadSquared?

All call recordings can now be logged into Leadsquared and you can easily access your sales reps' recordings from your CRM.

  1. To be able to use the call recording feature you will have to install the Salestrail Recorder (APK). Please reach out to us to help you with the process at support@liid.com.

    Enable the call recording feature (make sure you have the licenses for call recording in order to use it). You can purchases the licenses here.

  2. Connect and log into Salesforce. Make sure to enable LeadSquared integration.

  3. Make a call and record.

     

     

     

  4. Access to recordings by clicking on the red circle.

     

     

     

  5. The link opens the exact recording on the Call Analytics Dashboard.
