How to create reports in your Call Analytics Dashboard
Create a report or a view.
By default, we provide you with an already-made Overview on the Call Analytics dashboard for you to monitor your own call data as well as your team's (if you are the organisation's owner). However, if you're interested in seeing/reporting different data that isn't shown here, you can create new charts for different data points and they are only visible to you.
