How do I add notes and update my calls that are pushed to Salesforce on the Salestrail app?
Follow these simple steps to add notes to calls:
From the Salestrail mobile app, tap on the call you would like to enter a note.
Tap on Notes.
Type out or record the note using the microphone icon and upload.

You can now view the notes of a call on Salesforce > Comment.
Note: this feature only works with calls that are logged to Salesforce. If the call isn't logged, you will see an error message.
You can also update Salesforce records directly through the Salestrail app, and any custom fields created in Salesforce will be available for selection and mapping here.
