Call Recording Setup Guide for SalesTrail
Open the SalesTrail app → tap Enable Call Recording.
Check your device type:
Samsung or other phones with native dialer + recorder: select Built-in Recorder.
Phones using Google Dialer (you’ll see a “Google Dialer” note): select SalesTrail Recorder.
Phones without built-in recorder: select SalesTrail Recorder.
To record WhatsApp calls, always use SalesTrail Recorder.
If using SalesTrail Recorder, download and install the SalesTrail Call Recorder APK as shown in the app instructions.
If using Built-in Recorder, ensure it’s enabled in phone settings.
