What are the limitations of Salestrail on iPhone?

Due to Apple’s platform restrictions, Salestrail on iPhone has some limitations compared to Android:

• Outbound calls: Must be initiated from within the Salestrail app to be logged automatically. Calls made via the native dialer, contacts app, or recent calls will not be tracked.

• Incoming calls: Cannot be logged automatically and need to be added manually (Salestrail app → Tracked Calls → Add).

• Call recording: Not supported on iOS.

• WhatsApp calls: Cannot be tracked on iPhone.

These limitations are due to Apple’s operating system policies rather than Salestrail itself. Currently, no applications on iOS are able to fully track or record SIM or WhatsApp calls.
