How to Enable Auto Start (Background App Launch) on Vivo Devices

This allows Salestrail to restart automatically

1. Enable Auto Start via Settings

  1. Go to Settings > More Settings > Permissions Management.

  2. Tap Auto Start and find Salestrail.

  3. Enable Auto Start for the app.

2: Enable Auto Start via iManager (Vivo's System Management App)

  1. Open the iManager App (pre-installed on Vivo devices).

  2. Tap App Manager > Auto Start Management.

  3. Find Salestrail and enable Auto Start.

How to Allow Background App Launch on Vivo Devices

  1. Go to Settings > Battery.

  2. Tap Power Saving Mode > Turn Off for Salestrail.

  3. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Salestrail.

  4. Select "Allow Running in Background".

By following these steps, Salestrail will run continuously in the background, ensuring accurate call tracking and logging without being restricted by Vivo's Funtouch OS or Origin OS battery management.
