Click on the Notification on your Salestrail App in the section Tracked.
This will open Salestrail app info and here you should click on Battery.
Then select Unrestricted.
Note: Older Samsung devices may use different settings for battery management. If you are unable to turn off battery optimisation on your Samsung device, please contact us for assistance.
