How to Turn Off App Battery Saver on Realme Devices

Disabling Battery Optimization ensures the app is not closed by the system.

Disable Battery Optimization via Settings

  1. Open Settings on your Realme phone.

  2. Go to "Battery" > Tap "App Battery Management".

  3. Scroll and select Salestrail

  4. Choose "Allow Background Running".

Disable Battery Optimization via App Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > App Management.

  2. Find and tap Salestrail.

  3. Tap "Battery Usage" and select "Unrestricted".

How to Enable Auto Start (Background App Launch) on Realme Devices

This allows Salestrail to restart automatically after a reboot.

 

Enable Auto Start via Settings

  1. Go to Settings > App Management.

  2. Tap Auto Launch > Find Salestrail.

  3. Enable Auto Start for the app.

Enable Auto Start via Battery Settings

  1. Open Settings > Battery.

  2. Tap Battery Optimization > Select All Apps.

  3. Find Salestrail and disable battery optimization.

How to Allow Background App Launch on Realme Devices

  1. Go to Settings > Battery.

  2. Tap Power Saving Mode > Turn Off for Salestrail.

  3. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Salestrail.

  4. Select "Allow Running in Background".

 

By following these steps, Salestrail will run continuously in the background, ensuring accurate call tracking and logging without being restricted by Realme UI’s battery management.
