How do I modify or Cancel my subscription?

Salestrail offers flexible billing, allowing you to upgrade or downgrade your plan as needed.

Cancel anytime with advance notice:

  • Annual licenses must be canceled at least 90 days before renewal.

  • Monthly licenses must be canceled at least 30 days before renewal.

Here's how to manage your licenses with Salestrail.

  1. Add additional licenses to your organisation

    You can simply add licenses to users by going to Call Analytics Dashboard > Subscription > Purchase.

  2. Reduce licenses

    To reduce the users' licenses, please contact support@liid.com.

  3. Subscription cancellation

    Please contact support@liid.com.
