Disable Battery Optimization for Salestrail

  1. Open Settings:

    • Access the Settings app on your Lava device.

  2. Navigate to Battery Manager:

    • Scroll down and tap on Battery manager.

  3. Access Power Details:

    • Tap on Power details.

    • Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.

    • Select Battery optimization.

  4. Disable Optimization for Salestrail:

    • Locate Salestrail in the list of apps.

    • Tap on it and select Don't optimize.

This process ensures that Salestrail is excluded from battery optimization protocols, allowing it to function without restrictions.

 

Enable Auto-Start for Salestrail

  1. Open Settings:

    • Access the Settings app on your Lava device.

  2. Navigate to Auto Start Apps Management:

    • Scroll down and tap on Auto start apps management.

  3. Enable Auto-Start for Salestrail:

    • Locate Salestrail in the list of apps.

    • Toggle the switch to ON to allow Salestrail to auto-start.

By enabling auto-start, Salestrail will launch automatically and continue running in the background, ensuring uninterrupted call tracking.

 

 

Additional Recommendations

  • Disable Power Saver Modes:

    • Navigate to Settings > Battery manager.

    • Ensure both Power saver mode and Super power saver mode are set to OFF.

  • Manage Background Apps:

    • Go to Settings > Battery manager > Background apps management.

    • Set Salestrail to ON to allow it to run in the background.
