How do licenses work, and who needs one?

Every person who accesses the Salestrail dashboard needs a license — including managers, team admins, and invited users who haven't yet made calls. There is one license type; you cannot purchase a management-only or view-only license.

Adding users: contact Salestrail or go to Dashboard > Subscription > Purchase and specify how many licenses you need. New licenses will end on the same date as your existing ones.

To reduce your license count: contact support@liid.com — removing a user from the dashboard does not automatically reduce your billing.

Subscriptions activate immediately once payment is processed.
