How Do I Start the Trial?

Salestrail offers a 5-day free trial with access to all features — no credit card required. You only upgrade when you are ready.

Go to salestrail.io and click Get Started. Sign up with your company email address and enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox. Enter your company name and your full name to create your organisation.


Step 2: Access your dashboard

Once your account is created you will be taken directly to the Call Analytics Dashboard at callanalytics.salestrail.io. This is where you manage your team, view call data, and configure integrations.


Step 3: Invite your team

Go to Dashboard > User Management > Add User and invite your team members by email. They will receive an invitation link to join your organisation.

Make sure they accept the invitation and sign up on the dashboard before installing the app — this ensures everyone is connected to the same organisation and their calls appear on your dashboard.

Step 4: Install the mobile app

Each team member should download the Salestrail app on their phone:

  • Android: search for Salestrail - Call log & analysis on Google Play
  • iPhone: search for Salestrail: Track your calls on the App Store

Sign in using the same email address used on the dashboard, then:

  • Grant all required permissions when prompted
  • On Android, go to Phone Settings > Apps > Salestrail > Battery and set to Unrestricted — this ensures calls are not missed due to Android closing the app in the background

Step 5: Start testing

Once setup is complete, calls will start appearing automatically in your dashboard. Make a test call and check that it appears in the Tracked Calls tab in the app and in the Calls section of the dashboard.

What happens when the trial ends

When your 5-day trial expires, your access becomes limited and call data will no longer be visible on the dashboard. No charges are applied automatically — you choose when and whether to upgrade. Go to Dashboard > Subscription to purchase licenses when you are ready.
