Disable Battery Optimization via Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Apps.

  2. Tap See all apps and find Salestrail.

  3. Tap Battery.

  4. Select "Unrestricted" to allow full background activity.

Disable Adaptive Battery

  1. Go to Settings > Battery > Adaptive Battery.

  2. Toggle OFF Adaptive Battery to prevent automatic restrictions.

     

Stock Android 15

Within the Salestrail App Settings:

  • Click on the battery optimization notification on the Salestrail app.

  • This will open Salestrail App Info.

  • Click on App Battery Usage

  • Toggle ON the Allow background usage button

  • Click on the words "Allow Background usage"

  • On the options that pop up, select Unrestricted. (See picture below)

     

 

 

Steps to Enable Background Running

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Salestrail.

  2. Tap Battery and choose Unrestricted.

  3. Tap Permissions > Ensure Background Running is enabled.

By following these steps, Salestrail will run continuously in the background, ensuring accurate call tracking and logging without being restricted by Google Pixel’s battery management.
