Zoho Integration
If your company uses Zoho CRM, you as the Owner of your organisation, can enable the Zoho Integration option so that all of your sales team's calls will be logged directly to Zoho.
All you need to do is follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign up on the Call Analytics dashboard and create your organisation if you haven't already.
Step 2: Go to Integration > Apps-Click on Zoho CRM
Step 3: Go ahead and connect and log in.
Now, your organisation is connected.
Step 4: You and your team members need to go to the Call Analytics dashboard and click either the link on the notification below or go to Integrations > App > Login and use your Zoho credentials to complete the process.
