The situation before
As a tech driven business, Mynewsdesk was looking to provide their sales team with tools that would make their sales process faster and more efficient. It was important to them that their salespeople could be “on-the-go” and have access to reliable and up-to-date data from their Salesforce on their mobiles.
The situation after
Juha Herranen, CEO at Salestrail, believed that Salestrail could be beneficial for Mynewsdesk and suggested to their Business Development Manager to test it out. In March 2016, the sales team started its testing period and quickly saw the value that Salestrail could add to their company. The app provided them with features which proved to be very useful for the sales team, such as the possibilities to create follow-ups, recording notes with speech-to-text and the instant access to valuable CRM data. One of the tester’s stated that Salestrail had brought “a bit of luxury to the cold calling process.”
“It is always impressive when someone makes buying easy. LiiD did that for us. It was actually quite an experience to follow how Salestrail became a part of our work life so easily. “ – Nina Lallukka, Country Manager
Following a swift integration, Salestrail has now become an integrated and essential part of the sales approach at Mynewsdesk. One of the most significant benefits the company now enjoys from is how much time Salestrail can save them. In addition, logging sales activities to Salesforce has never been easier.
“With Salestrail our sales reps have the opportunity to work on mobiles, make sure all sales activities are up-to-date and now we don’t miss any sales opportunities due to human mistakes.” – Nina Lallukka
